In The light

by RavenzTear/LisaMarie -

    Crying in the light
     for the darkness
      fell upon me

     Once a lonely thought,
      noone was there
       I was blinded
          to see

       Then I felt a nudge,
        from the light,
         To my soul

       Shroudded me with hope,
        a feeling of peace
         No one I have
           told

       I lifted my head high,
        for in the light I
         did see,someones
           hand reached
            to mine

       I grabbed ahold fast
        afraid they'd slip
         away, don't fall
          into the void
            of time

        You pull me up quick
         I lift you up as
          high as I can,
           enriching
            experience
             I foresee

         Too hard to describe
          caring, giving and
           sharing, just
            Know I try
             for thee
