So Be It

by Raymond Tatum- - -Libra -

So be it that the world is filled with jubilation.......
So be it that the world is purged of hate...............
So be it that I now make this proclaimation.............
So be it that for us it is not too late.................

So be it that we see what eyes alone can't show.........
So be it that we understand what is and isn't right.....
So be it that we understand what we once did not know...
So be it that I yearn for this with all of my might.....

Author: Raymond Tatum- - -Libra -
Reason: One day I was just fed up and I sat down and wrote this.......where I live racism and bigotry and ignorance is rampant......I am 15 and being in a school listening to the hate that circulates is awful.....I watch in utter revulsion. I just had to do something......unfortunately I don't think, where I live, the people can ever change.......but I can always wish, I guess......just a sad reality I will have to live with, unfortuately.
