Lonliness

by R E Dobson (aquarius) -

As I sit all alone,
I feel that love may never be,
My empty heart pounds out hollow symbols in the nite,
While my soul yearns for the passion of others,
I know this will never be,
Nite after nite i find my self lieing alone,
With on place to go and no one to see,
Only if something or someone would come into my life and
  make me whole again,
But now all i can do is lie here and weep,
Knowing that love may never be.

Author: R E Dobson (aquarius) -
Reason: I have all love to write poetry, but never gave it much thought Even as a student i would write poetry instead of short stories. Now that i am older, and somewhat wiser i thought that maybe others would like some of my poem i have wrote and horded to myself for so many years. If they do or don't, i still you like a reply.
