Here the white noise becomes a darkness to hide in. Monglo demons peer out thru acid powered lights and gargoyles lock the eyes of mirror watchers in the lavatory.Cracks of indifference eat the ceilin, sharing only gray ash flakes, falling invisible as age.The waitress smiles back thoughts of manic depressions and marital disputes.A glass tilts and breaks. The cook looks down rows of empty socket shrimp, his motives surrounding like a body of evidence. And in one half of one hour, in spite of it all, a new movie will begin.
Reason for writing:
This poem was a spawn of boredom, I was waiting for the movie Body of Evidence to begin showing and decided to write a poem about the dennys ( Dayton, Ohio ) in which I was killing time.P.S. I am capricorn.Birth sign: Not entered
