Love Game

by Charles Heath - Not entered

Love's a game that has no rules, its winners are lovers, Its losers are fools. Some times when you play you feel like your cursed, you hope for the best, but expect the worst. You play the game with the cards in you hand, only to guess what the other has planned. Do they have a straight or flush of clubs,or are they just bluffing with your ante of love. You count the cards to figure the odds, but with a game like love you better pray to the gods. Should I raise the ante, should I raise the stakes, with you heart on on the line you can't make any mistakes. When the game is over and the cards are all down, the winner has the smile and the losers wear the frowns. So before you play that game of woe,be sure you know how far your heart can go. Reason for writing:

Playing a game of poker one night with my friends I foundit odd the similarity of the game with the starting of anew relationship. Just like a night of poker love too hasits ups and downs, Its winners and loosers, its highs andits lows, its risks and its bluffing. So before you playbe sure you know how much you can afford to loose beforeyou call it quits.
