My Fair Maiden

by Stephen C. Fuller Aries - Not entered

Silver moons and starry skies,
pale in comparison to your eyes.

Other fair maidens can but weep,
for their beauty is but skin deep.

Of all the rest I would choose none,
for in my heart your the only one.

Reason for writing:

I found my inspiration from a wonderful woman who I would talk to on a chat program, she was a very special person who gave me inspiration to write several poems about her.
