Bricks and Geraniums

by Jane K - Not entered

I wish I were the traffic light
Across from your downtown window,
And I controlled your movements
And you obeyed my colors.
I wish we could go on like this,
In mystery,
In silence,
In hypnotized bliss;
And when the rain slides down the window,
I will think of myself falling against you,
Because I think it was like that then.

Reason for writing:

    Silly sentiment. My E-mail is jkehler@mts.net, by the way.
