Ghostly Thoughts

by Diego Merino (Libra) - Not entered

Awake in the night
An owl cries, a branch creaks
Thoughts flutter by, ghostly.
A remembered kiss...
Marble lips
Inside an obsidian mind.

How many times have I
Kissed the cold
Unfeeling stone of my memory...
Sometimes I think
There's something there
But it only laughs at me.

Reason for writing:

I tried to express my feelings for someone very special to me.
