I want to be the one to make your dreams come true I want to hold you close when you're feeling blue I want to squeeze you tight and make you mine I want to have you for my valentine. I want to try to make all things go right I want to stop the arguing and all the fights I want to put them in the deep dark past, Because, if we don't we'll never last. I want to make our relationship turn into more, Like a guy turning rich from being poor. I want to hear the words "I Love You." each and every day I want to feel it in my heart that you'll always stay I want to feel your soft touch all over my skin I want you to feel my love from my body within. I want to be there when you wake each morning, I don't even mind if I hear you snoring. I want to be in your life through the good times and bad. I want you to feel like this is the best thing you ever had. I want to make you so happy when I say the words "I Do." Sweetheart, I want to marry you.
Reason for writing:
I wrote this poem to my faince' Seth because he was always
asking me what I wanted, you know, the normal relationship
question... So, I wrote it on paper and gave it to him on
the same sweetest day ( October 21st 1995 ) that he gave me
the nice ring that fits my ring finger on my left hand.
Boy was that a day to remember!
