I stopped for my appetite,
on the way home today.
I stepped into a meat shack
to order my prey.

"Roast beef, large potato,
and a medium caffiene."

Waiting for the slicer,
I felt eerie death,
lain over silence.
Vast with misconceptions.

Beauty shown before me,
eyes and heart wanted
to meet her.

Cat had my tongue.

Eyes met on occaision,
pleseantries exchanged.
But nothing toned iterest
as I left the cow wake.

I don't harp on the lost chance.
Coulda Wouldas don't see where they're going.
I'm always the thought, never the action.
Can't find confidence in silent death.

CatmanBirth sign: Not entered
