Virtual Love She moves with fluid grace through the silicon valleys of cyberspace, An ethereal, gossamer light winding her way across digital landscapes and electronic wastelands, Her computerized soul on an infinite search for a human destiny, Across miles of fibreoptic imagery in a world of virtuall illusion, She finds him on the other side. He moves without grace through the crowded streets of reality, Caught between this world and a world of computer enhanced magic, Plunging his way through the maddening crowd and the confusion of a disenchanted dream, His drifting soul on a desperate quest for solace and comfort, Across the wasted city streets in a world of hopeless tomorrows, He finds her on the other side. Reason for writing:
This poem was inspired by a pencil sketch done by my husband, Richi Dufresne, who is an aspiring computer artist. I have begun work on a short story involving the two lovers, who belong to two different worlds.Birth sign: Not entered
