There is no greater loss, than to lose a loved one, Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, Daughter or Son A friend, that has been part of your world, for so long You turn around one day, and they are just gone. Yet the loss does not happen, because death has occurred, But by a promise broken, hurt caused, by careless word. The faith once given, now is no longer deserved, It is truly, an agonizing picture to be observed! What happened, to bring this love to a close, No one is talking, but somebody knows. How something more precious, than pirates gold, Will never live a long life, to someday, grow old. Pride is the reason, for the ignoring, of this day, When the gift of love, slowly begins to fade away. All because, no one wants to be the first one to give in, This must go down in history, as one of lifes greatest sins! So easily given up, with no thought of consequence, Because mere words, were so difficult to dispense. Years from now, will find you questioning why, You allowed something this precious, to die!!!!
Reason for writing:
It just amazes me that something as precious, as love, friendship, is just tossed aside, for lack of wanting to put forth any effort. We put more effort into the appearance of our vehicles, homes, jobs, that could all be gone tomorrow, and ignore something as precious as love, that can often, never be found in the same way again. Maybe, if we had to pay monitarly for love, it would mean more. Isn't that sad?????????Birth sign: Not entered
