Eyes like fire
A heart like ice
My soul is dead
I went through death twice

I went through death
But did not die
I'm still alive
And I wonder why?

I called on him
He did not show
He heard and smiled
He won't let me go

He spared my life
It's not my time
He left me there
'Cuz I'm worth more than a dime
