took time to think
my life over

caught in a stand still

Nothingness is what I feel
emotions long gone
except sadness of course
feeling all but everything
what am I going through

its just a phase
Reason for writing:
I wrote this poem when I was very depressed and my mom said
oh don't worry about it it's just a phase. This made me think of how people change moods so rapidly.
