Marcus and the Birds of Zen

by Tango Knightflame Starluck Faminedine - Not entered

All is one if one is all,
Things that tower soon will fall.
I am you if you are I,
Things to the ground touch the sky.
Marcus Fuller sat in rhyme,
Scanning through the books of time.
Looking upwards now and then,
To catch a glimpse of birds of zen.
Yin and yang he counted them,
Oh, those greyish birds of zen.
Marcus fed them crumbs and wine,
Letting drop the books of time.
Marcus was the jester's son,
One is three if all is three.
Use the colored balls of three,
Form them into philosophy.
All is one if one is all,
Things that tower soon will fall.
I am you if you are I,
Things to the ground touch the sky....:)

Reason for writing:

I'm a poetry crusader. That's all I can really admit to. I just thought people might
like this little piece of my soul. There's many many more where this came from. I wrote most of
these poems for no real reason. If there is a real reason, only my subconscious is aware of it....
I hope people enjoy this poem as much as I enjoyed sharing it to everyone!
