Shades of Dark

by joe boyd -taurus - Not entered

9:38 as the sun slowly fades
sweeping the fields were the children play
Thick dark dust of the winding roads
passing signs were the trails once showed
time passes by but the watch stands still
my emptiness waits for you to fill
I walk the shadows in the lonely park
my own comfortness in shades of dark
I lie awake in the soft warm grass
cool sharp chills while breezes blow past

Reason for writing:

I went to a music festival and i found the artistic side of myself again.
if you ever have a chance go to BLISSFEST.
