What Will I Be?

by Norb Walker Sag - Not entered

WHAT WILL I BE?

What will I be, when I grow up?
I've thought & thought, And thought a lot.
During the school years, during the war years'.
I still didn't know, it would have to show.

I thought & thought, So I asked my wife.
What will I Do. The rest of my life?
She answered me, with seven kids.
You can start by helping, with the pots & lids.

The years have gone by, and I'm getting slow.
I've thought & thought, and still don't know.
But now it's slowly, getting clear.
I'm getting these hints, Year by year.

And finally I know, What I will be.
Through all these years, I've been very, very HAPPY.

Reason for writing:

PS. I still don't know what kind of occupation I want to be.
