Though I am unhappy

by daisy lynn cain - Not entered

Though I am unhappy, with you I am not.
My life seems to drag on and on,
But with you it speeds to a comfortable trot.

Before you were here,
I knew tragedy and despair.
You were here when no one seemed to care

To the scary woods of my heart,
You brought the missing part.

When I was without you,
My soul could not find the words to sing,
Now that I have found you,
Through those woods, my voice will ring.
