past mistakes leave tangled hearts falling out of grace back into confusion forgive but never redeemed for this mess we made we are so alone and far apart rivers of tears won't wash away this pain the dreams have faded again lost in the cracks of a broken heart swallowed by the emptiness that leads to forever no butterfly can live in this darkness where blissful memories taunt the mind the door is closed the light is gone and I am so sorry
