Whether we say hello, whether we trade good-byes, Both we equally know, bring tears to both our eyes, For whether they be happy, or if the tears be sad, To know you're truly caring, makes my heart so glad. Whether we feel that high, whether we fall so low, Both we equally know, will make our hearts still grow, For whether ups and downs, keep going up or down, I am so very happy that, you are the one I've found. Whether we live right here, whether we live right there, Both we equally know, will be worth a stop and stare, For whether we're alone, or if there's someone there, My love will always grow, my heart will always care. Whether life be simple, or whether life be grand, Both we equally know, While walking hand in hand. Will be so very wonderful, Together, though unplanned. September 20, 1996
