She had searched for a knight in shining armor, had longed for that one true love, even wished on the first star at night, and prayed for help from above. But the ever present loneliness, a hurtful companion at best, gave her only torment, her heart could find no rest. So when the heart could bear no more, the hurt burned much too deep, fingers touched the keyboard, and the cyber soul awoke from its watchful sleep. A surge of power, then contently, the screen began to glow, the light touch of her fingers, told all it neded to know. She invited the cyber world into her life, embrased it with a smile, Only for a few minutes she vowed, just for a little while. The glow of the screen grew brighter, wanting to please her more, the words came faster and fasster, on cyber wings her heart did soar. But then her joy faded, and her shaking finger pushed the only key, that seperated her from lonliness, and cyber eternity.
