And the people on the street are dancing dancing to the softly played sounds that are all they hear The quietly threaded tunes accepted unconditionally Living with no thought. Dancing to ease the pain that would come with stopping The magiced shoes relentlessy pushing them to dance the goose stepped dance. They dance the only dance they remember- Unaware of eachother Unaware of themselves Only to the music do they belong.
Reason for writing:
You don't have to tell me how much you hate it, or how Un-American I am for writing this, I've heard enough of that. But I do want to know where anyone can see it could be improved. I've spent five months, on and off, working on this, and have hit deadlock. What do you think I'm saying with this poem? It's VERY open to interpretation. Thank you.Birth sign: Not entered
