All is quiet in the castle. Except for the wails of anguish A searing wall of fire Blazes into her heart She turns and tries to remember, A time when she felt no pain And then realizes with a heavy heart, That it is impossible. She grasps the bottle Pausing only a second Cries out for forgiveness And Drinks. It is night now, The cries have all been silenced All is quiet in the castle For all eternity.
