The spiral spins in awful arcs into the deepening dark towards loneliness emptiness and dreams not yet fulfilled quickly, how the speed increases tightening arcs of ancient promises lies all lies the spiral yields bending twisting reeling feeling not a kindness to be found downward downward never knowing what was left on higher ground the spiral spins one last time its revolutions ended and others wait ravaged creatures like yourself who've spun within the spiral and now must face Damnation's Wind C 1996 Thomas Lee Rhymes - written 11/09/96
Reason for writing:
