Christopher woke up at exactly 7 oh 5, Showered in 10 and threw on his good shirt. He was awake and alive, His crinkled smile masked his hurt. Before leaving he kissed his mother's cheek, "How are you, son, are you alright?" It had only been a week. "I'm fine, maybe I'll ask the Taylor girl out tonight." He opened the door and walked outside And looked up into the sun's bright glare. He walked to the overpass, he had nothing left to hide, Alone and empty, his life ended right then and there. Chris just couldn't cope with the fact That the woman he loved was not coming back.
Reason for writing:
The names in this poem come from the funniest movie ever made-Real Genius. I don't really know any Christophers or girls named Taylor. Comment?- e-mail me.Birth sign: Not entered
