Does the sun know why I'm crying? Do the songbirds know why I weap? No, only the moon knows why I'm crying. The stars my sorrows keep. Inside their twinkling shells untold; The stories of my heart. And how the loss of his love, Has torn me all apart.
Reason for writing:
I wrote this poem over the summer when the man I fell in love with desided that we needed to see other people. The relationship at that time had started to go bad, but all the same losing someone that you love is a hard thing to handle. This poem is my feelings put into words. I wanted to submit this because if there are any other people in this world that have felt this kind of loss I want them to know tha I know how they feel. Just remember that time heals all wounds, and it and science can and will never be able to create something that will make that process any faster. Never feel alone because others have been there too.Birth sign: Not entered
