To My Child... May you always view the world through a child's eye, Exciting, hopeful, full of awe and wonder. May you remember to smile from the inside out‹ for it is only inside that we conquer the wars of the soul. Try to remember the soothing voice within, Guiding you through dark moments. May you build your dreams one day at a time‹ For futures are built upon moments. May you allow the calmness within to override fear... And may you always have the courage to cry. I wrote this poem on my son's 2nd birthday. I truly believe
The Spirit just moved me to share this with the most important
person in my life. I wanted him to look back years from now
knowing the depth of my love for him.
