It all started years ago when I was young and untouched by earthly caresses The sky would follow never lead till' I pulled lightly on it's tresses The veil of humanity fell very lightly through the air, as will the story I will tell Through the streets I would stalk head up high, never down with an attitude I still walk followed by persusion With every step I took it tapped me on the shoulder and very often I looked I would be blind to all the wrong thinking nothing of what was right with a new mission on my mind my body felt so strong I did the deed I was let loose I'd paid my fee some have condemed me not wishing me so well don't they know life's just one big cell back on the street I'd look over my shoulder wondering what next would come would I hide - would I run not to be taken over I would walk with my mind always contemplating but I didn't have to go far there it stood in front of me waiting
