Who calls me-?

by Alundra Adjani (Taurus) - Not entered

who calls me-?
whose voice, can I not quite make out -
whose face is so misty, in the unfathomable distance -
wait for me!
I am here, alone on my platform
appear, apparition!
I entreat you -
hope dances on the wavering horizon
in your intangible image
separate by ages and continents
I hear you! Don't leave me!
here, here is my hand, I reach -
I see you - but I can't define your face
I hear you - but I can't focus your voice
You call to a me,
who has never heard before
don't leave, take my outstretched hand!
pull me from my glorious prison
come, sweet haven! I wait -
I have been waiting, I know, for you
Don't fly away now! No!
I stretch my every effort, heartstring, to you!
but you leave, you leave me here
I do not belong here . . .
Your image fades away again
you are yet in the distance, the impossible distance
Someday, you will take my hand, and then . . .
 . . . sweet then, I wait for you -
I wait for him.

Reason for writing:

    Wasting away,
day after day,
among those with whom I have no place.
It is for him that I wait.
I am also Luna.
