One day, I was walking down the road clean as a chitterlin'. When I was suddenly bit, I immediately looked for the assassin. It was my light gray suit made from a large shark. My suit was imported from the catalog of Noah's Ark. I wondered what I had done to cause this from my suit. After that, I chased it around our small town in hot pursuit. I screamed, "you crook; you bit my handsome and muscular body." "When I catch you, this will be your last time; I will put you in custody." Since, I was going on a date, I took pains to choose my attire. Everywhere I went in my shark skin suit; people would admire. My shark skin suit jumped into the lake and started to swim. He will not get away with this; I am going in after him. Copyright (C) 1995 Marva L. Dowdin
Reason for writing:
Everyone can remember the shark skin suits of the 60's and 70's. Never has a suit been so popular. However, this one was different. It came alive. This poem is from my book, "When It's Ok To Be Crazy!" "A smile is worth a million!" Marva L. DowdinBirth sign: Not entered
