Over Your Head

by Frances Wade...Virgo - Not entered

Can't you see it's not really coming?
Don't use your disease as a way of summing
It up like this.

Hot and cold and it's never really done
Ask me questions and I'll give you none (answers)
You can figure out.

She searched for the truth and probably found it
Ignorant to the awaiting bottomless pit
That would consume her.

Looney, crazy, tell me no more
You will never realize how much your
Decision tore me apart.

Fucked up, screwed a new ass
Immediate result was certainly a mass
Destruction on my part.

Long ago means it has ceased to matter?
Happy day or deep wounds--I choose the latter
To make it clear.

You will think that it is one way
Dwelling and still back there and may
I say you're wrong?

"You idiot! Why can't you get over this?
I was immature and mental..." and you will miss
The point I've made.

Reason for writing:

Someone very important in my life never realized how traumatic their choice was for me. Even after this person read the poem, it still just went over the head...
