El racino

by Guy Mathieu - Not entered

Everynight I go to bed
And I can't find a way to sleep
Cause I can't get you out of my head
And nobody's there to sooth my needs

You've changed me
Somehow so deeply
That no one can see
The man I used to be

Maybe someday I'll arise
Many miles away of you
Maybe someday I'll get a life
And follow it's way without you
Maybe someday I'll realise
That your love for me wasn’t true

I never thought I was so easy to replace
Now I know who my friends are
You should have let me in the race
To keep me from bearing those scars

No one can heal
The pain that I feel
I find it hard to deal
One day I'll all reveal

Maybe someday you'll pay the price
Of losing my trust in you
Maybe someday you'll be surprise
To learn those words were meant for you
Maybe someday they'll compromise
The vow I've made to you

Reason for writing:

    Too personal reasons... Sorry.
