Turning Point

TURNING POINT

Why did you turn back,
At the edge of the ridge?
You could have jumped you had the chance,
Why did you walk away?
At the edge of the bridge?
People are jumping all the time.

You told me that today was the day,
And yet you walk away,
You were ready to call it quits,
Why did you decided to stay?

Why did you turn back?
When the guns up to your head?
You could have shot you had the chance,
Why did you turn back?
When the knifes in your hand,
I've heard that suicide is planned.

You told me that today was the day,
And yet you walk away,
You were ready to call it quits,
Why did you decide to stay?

Why did you turn back?
with the phone cord round your neck?
You could have died you had the chance,
Why did you walk away,
when the guns in you're hand?
I heard that suicide is grand.
