Awake of a blinded fool

by Guy Mathieu - Not entered

In his head full of feelings
Pictures got in motion
Remembering the pleasure of living
He has in this past relation

He thought he knew his future
How could he have been so wrong
He got surprised by this creature
Who kept him blind for so long

Now he sees the present in the distance
And can't believe in this reality
Where trust and ignorance
Leave their place to lies and anarchy

He doesn't know what became
The life he once had in his hands
He decided not to go insane
And complete his mission on this land
