Open to the Destruction

by J.Hooper - Taurus - Not entered

The gentle threat looms above me
I hunker and trudge
confused
enticing
sliding down my cheek cold and slimy
bittersweet
the umbrella is useless

The thundering wave trickles over my head
I swoon
terror
ecstasy
I tumble and twist
rolling in the softness
my eyes are open to the destruction

The soft warm lips tear at my throat
I desperately clutch at the wound
agonizing
joy
sliced clean to my heart
loving touch
will I survive?
