Eternal Love Secret crush from an innocent girl, A wink of his eye made her heart whirl, In his room she left romance candles burning, His recognition of her love was her yearning. One night, she gave her confession, And prayed she made the best impression. She wore a beautiful white dress, And his lips she dreamed to kiss. They danced together while the moon shone bright, Until it was time to end the night. His lips brushed her cheek, And for a moment she couldn't speak. He went down to her neck, And her life is what he wrecked. She ceased to live and they weren't together, He could keep his immortality and live forever.

my friend jeni and i were bored and decided to write poems, so i came up with this one...it was originally 24 lines, but the maximum in a poetry contest i entered it in was 16
