A Question of Love

by Lynnsey/Leo - Not entered

What is love, a feeling or emotion

A physical thing or total devotion?

Is it something more precious than life,

Or something between a husband and wife?

Could it be essential to living,

Maybe a feeling of absolute giving.

Why am I condemned to its power

Each time I see my meant-for-me lover?

If what I'm feeling is supposed to be love,

Than cursed be the one that lives high above.

Living is nothing but a total pain.

Begging is something I do in vain.

For I have come to a long wanted conclusion,

That love is nothing more than illusion.
