Friends never really say goodbye

by Kris Krausnick - Not entered

Oh, when I was ready to leave
  you were standing beside me
  saying all youre goodbyes-
Then I saw a tear step down
from youre eye and what I said you
put a smile on youre face
  which made my day.
And I said friends never really
say goodbye, a tear never really
comes from their eye 'cuz they know
  they'll see you again.

I shook youre hand and I said
  a fake goodbye-
I said long ones always make me cry.
But you'll always be in my heart
  and on my mind.
But you'll gain, 'cuz they know
  they'll see you again.
