To My Dear Friend by Angela Daugherty You know that feeling when someone special enters your life and changes it forever Well I know that feeling now that you have entered my life And I can guarantee that you will remain in my heart forever When I need someone to talk to you're always there with a smile and a look of understanding When I need advice you're always willing to give it to the best of your ability And when I am discouraged you always have some words of encouragement to offer When my life is turned upside down You always know what to say to turn it right side up again When I need a prayer you're always there to show me the way And when I have a problem that is difficult to talk about you make it so much easier Having someone like you that I know I can always trust is very comforting Your friendship is a blessing that has impacted my life in so many ways And the time that you have given me is a gift that I will cherish as long as I live For everything, I want to thank you and let you know that I will always love you

I wrote this poem for my best friend. For the past few years, he has been there for me. He is truely the greatest!
