Alone she walks, like some forgotten dream. Lost in the memories of cloudless twilight's and starry skies All she is and all she knows are what's beneath her darkest of woes. She walks alone in silent slumber. Drifting in and out of reality's wonder. Not caring where this winding paths leads Not listening to the roaring thunder's head, that shakes her body And rocks her secret dreams ripping her soul apart at the seams She strolls through the dark and stormy night, Followed only by her own fright, not seeing the lighting strike Through her being, staring out with cold blue eyes But never truly seeing. Reality bites and claws at her feet Yet she walks alone to her expressionless beat One shade the more, one less the ray, does not change her restlessness Half impaired with nameless faces, she's walking alone to distint places Alone in a heaven or maybe a hell, for even she cannot tell She walks alone though twilight's bizarre game, knowing Her world will not be the same, without the heart she lost long ago In careless slumber she walks alone.
