Is it really worth it? to try to be your own person to go against the majority to take the road less traveled by to live by your own code to hold your beliefs above all others to take on the world single-handedly to leave the safety of the circle to be true to yourself It can be a hard life and only rarely desirable But what is the point of living if you only do it the way someone else wants Is it not better to live one day as a tiger, Rather than to live a year as a lamb?
Reason for writing:
they all try so hard to break my spirit. one day they almost succeeded. but as i wrote this i knew it was worth the fight to be able to live my life the way I want to.
