Roseanne

by Kent Mackey (Taurus) - Not entered

Roseanne was a lovely insecure farm girl of 21 when we met
Her unsure manner with people she didn't know was really sweet
At night she would twitch, snore, roll around ...
She was a theif who stole a part of my treasured music
and my heart

She was a lier
In the beginning she promised she would never leave me for another
In the end she slinked away with another man when I was out of town
She stayed with me when I was sick and tried to make me feel better
She cared about how I felt
She embarassed me in front of friends and relatives
She used me for 6 years

When I needed her support she was usually too busy feeling sorry for herself
She loved her family even though they treated her badly
She loved me
Mind games became her favorite hobby
She could deny smoking dope with the joint still burning in her hand
She was a lier

She stopped loving me
She only expected 2 Thank You(s) for helping me dress
Her curious mind was always wondering What do I get if we break up?
She was the horniest woman in the world
She was always carefull not to hurt anyone's feelings
She broke my heart
She was a lie

Reason for writing:

I came home to find the keys under the porch door and half
my life gone.
