My Love

by Justin McCullough - Not entered

I've got everything a broken heart needs, plays in the air
As the truth in my life sleeps quietly in my bed.
So much beauty found itself in this gorgeous girl,
That even she couldn't believe all that was said.

Yes, as my sleeping beauty rests,
The only thing I have is everything in her.
Her head finds a gentle pillow in my chest,
And her body finds warmth from our love together.

A pleasant smile across my face,
Just a hint of the pleasure deep inside.
Thinking and thinking more that my heart's in its place
Leaving nothing from my future bride.

She is and will be the gift waiting to be unwrapped.
She is all the joy and happiness in this box shaped heart.
No secrets here in this Venus love trap,
Just a welcoming to never leave what we start.

After all, my silent partner, deep in here sleep,
Wants to be mine forever and always.
No shame here, no cries or weeps
Will ever take what I want to stay.

My sleeping beauty will never be alone.
I am here for her and will always be.
The two of us together are twice as strong,
As any god you can ever imagine to see.
