I'm not smiling today so you pull me close to you and whisper in my ear that you'll run far away to catch the warm syrup of the sun; I smile I'm not smiling today and when the dark, thundery clouds roll by you hold me tight to you and you whisper in my ear that you'll protect me from the flashing sky; I smile I'm not smiling today buy you slowly caress my face and whisper in my ear that you'll take the most brightest star from the night sky gift wrap it and hand it to me; I smile I'm not smiling today I miss you and I feel lost because of it but you take me by the hand and whisper in my ear no matter where you are you'll always be safe in my heart; I smile I'm not smiling today but the mere thought of your voice your whispers, your warm embrace of You; I smile.
