Princess

by Zainto - Not entered

With a prince in shining armor
Your impossible dreams came true,
Soon the dream was over as the fairy tale ended
Turbulence set in but you still landed,
Alone and stranded,
Relentlessly searching for another fairy tale
It ended in tragedy yet your were still clinging to life,
Let go, you have earned your wings,
God needs you in heaven now so you can continue your mission of peace, love and charity,
Yet the tears won't stop falling from above,
As your children have no one else to love,
We cannot be sad O lovely princess because you are now reigning as heavens only queen.

Reason for writing:

The death of Princess Diana, a person who dedicated her final years to charity.
