Love With You

by inamorata - Not entered

Of lies that all my heart
Sees true,
Secret loves bring life
anew.
Hurt that flows within
my veins,
As blood does run-
calmly wanes.

Trust and love come hand
in hand,
Deceit and lies with
harsh demands.
And through the night shine stars
so great,
Like queens' eyes with
spiteful hate.

And all the night I pray
'til dawn,
That love for hate would so
be gone.
Of the heart does love
come straight,
The hurt seen quick and felt
too late.

'Til dawn I cry when day
does wake,
My tears, not puddles;
Dripping lakes.
And all I know and thought
was true,
Has become a lie
with you.

Reason for writing:

    in touch with reality..
