Pain is personal emotions linger Seemingly forever As does damage Form a fire storm Dark tainted landscapes After the flames Charred remains, bring new growth Emotion works In much the same way Pain the dark horizons Drenched in caring Seeds of self New understanding Brings hope Can you heal yourself? Can you forgive Hanging on to your pain? Can you grow If you want? Dig deep For peace Find Joy See your love Experience yourself
