Gods Peak

by Steven George - Not entered

Standing on Gods Peak watching the clouds pass by below my
feet I turned with open arms whispered softly your name into
the clouds.
Standing on Gods peak watching as the eagles hovered in
close and they whispered back let your heart listen and
your soul guide you for she has heard your voice
and knows all that you are.
Tears of joy as I stood on Gods peak.

Reason for writing:

Recently I was on A trip and for the First Time I went to
pikes peak in colorado.I had never been there before and as
I stood looking for the first time.I felt as if I was standing
before Gods Peak.It was a lovers Prayer
