Revelation

by troy (69) - Not entered

He looks closely at his reflection in the stream. He sees a man of anger, a man of blackness. Heartache now fills his soul of unfulfilled wishes. Sadness cloaks his heart. No light is allowed to intrude his shell of darkness.
Over his shoulder, a gentle touch drifted. Words of inspiration allow a new beginning. A shell shattered to pieces by the omnipotent power of a delicate frail word.
At one time, all that could be seen was darkness, but hearts can change...mine will change.

Reason for writing:

I sometimes cannot help my mood. I wrote this to my girlfriend to apoligize for what I said (and didn't say).
