the night skies drape over us:
			with crushed platinum
		S p l a t t e r e d

	in every roundaboutcornered
crevice...
singing - how i Wonder where u are
			- swaying to the deep breaths
of Sir Wind ... as he bellows
		his orders of movement to
each treetop and grass clothed hill.

	inhale me, says he.
		...and feel the stream of
cold hard air trickle down your saliva drenched throat
tickling each pore awakening the buds
swarming past organs faster faster faster feeling
its relief - expanding its wings
across the warmth of your lungs.

                                                               gasp!

the intensity of the soft black velvet backdrop...embracing
what man and nature have gifted it.
				enhancing.enlivening.

                                  (come closer
i need to whisper something on
                                your lips *kiss*)

hue of silver - coated atop all the earth before me
a most radiant face that head of yours beholds
glowing upon this mass of darkness -the maninthemoon
smiles upon me. the twinkle of the moistness in his eyes.
his warm breath billowing across the speckled sky

Reason for writing:

I wrote this poem in my journal the day after the first day of winter, last year. It really could be any year...it's basically a daydream of how I wanted to feel and who I wanted to be with, mind you, noone specific - for I hadn't met him yet. Six months later - I did...and it's all the poem promised.
